    Customer has 14 days of Customer Remorse Period from the date of purchase to return the product or products.
    A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to every device shipped back to the Almagia International® (the “MERCHANT”) during the Customer Remorse period. The device must be in its original condition and have all the original accessories, manuals, packaging materials, plastics, etc.

    The MERCHANT does not accept (refunds money for) products purchased anywhere else but Almagia International. A restocking fee for products with missing parts, accessories, plastics, manuals or packaging, products returned with heavy wear and tear signs will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus an additional.
    We do NOT accept items that have been tampered with, such as items that are missing screws, cracked casing, disassembled items or items the warranty of which was voided in compliance with the MERCHANT Limited Warranty Agreement.
